Preliminaries practice group

Preliminary group practices are held two times a week. Every Tuesday at 19:30 to 21:00 (Central European Time) and every Sunday at 7:30-9:45 (Central European Time). During the longer Sunday session you are welcome to join us for as long as you can.

Anyone wishing to join please contact Lama Lakshyong ohmahlama@gmail.com or Mulan in order to attain the Zoom room number and password.

Note: Our main focus at the moment is mandala practice, but those who wish to continue with any of the other preliminary practices are welcome to join in and practice with us.

This practice is generally for those students who are practising the Ngondro (5 preliminaries). If you have any questions please feel free to contact me on ohmahlama@gmail.com

Online meditation group – English/French

Every Wednesday at 19:30 (CET) Lama Lakshyong guides us during a 1-1,5 hour meditation session. The purpose of this meditation group is to offer Tibetan Buddhist teachings on the understanding of the mind, bodhicitta, instructions on different meditation techniques and time for practice. Everyone is welcome!

Please include your name, a few sentences about your meditation background (if you have any) and why you like to join, this makes it easier for Lama Lakshyong to know who is in the group and what to teach.

Details:

We use Zoom for the meditation group. After sending a request to join you will receive the meeting ID and password. You don’t have to actively participate by talking or having your video turned on, you can just listen and meditate.

The meditation group is held in English with French translation.

It’s an ongoing meditation group so you don’t have to sign up for a particular period of time. However, having a regular routine may greatly benefit one’s practise and this also strengthens the group.
