In the morning first purify with Vajrasattva and then practice Guru Yoga

In the moment we have genuine Bodhichitta we pour merits is that of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas

Renunciation:- Through our own experience we see the impermanence and sufferings of samsara

All practices are included within the 3 pith instructions, renunciation, Bodhichitta and wisdom emptiness

Time is life, it passes like a dream irrespective of how strong our attachment is

We can take the pith instructions with us and wherever we are we can practice

“It is not me, it’s the knife that is killing the goat”

Relax, relax to know our vast state state of mind

First relax and release your mind – meditative concentration is a foundation for all practices

Always raise aspiring Bodhichitta before any virtuous deed or activity
