Ah! To the primordial self-arising Lama,
I go for refuge beyond elimination and establishment
Would we be experiencing this situation if we didn’t have the related cause and effectAre you practicing the pith instructions as instructed or your own fabricated versionWe know afflictions very well, but we don’t understand the Dharma and great perfection
We don’t worry about what we should be concerned about…Before we believed so strongly in afflictions, now we see they are delusory
Don’t analyse when practicing the one by one oral pith instruction.As long as there are discriminating thoughts it is not a state of rigpaSome essential meditation instructions – 🎶 so you don’t worry about a thing🎶
The two things to do with this life are maintain an existence and use the rest of our time to practice renunciation, Bodhichitta and great perfection.

Resolve negative karma connections through generating positive merit, practice and dedicating the merit to their enlightenment.

When working, do we maintain awareness or what should we do?
