The two things to do with this life are maintain an existence and use the rest of our time to practice renunciation, Bodhichitta and great perfection.
Mutually respect, trust and cherish family members, we are all experiencing difficulties.
Resolve negative karma connections through generating positive merit, practice and dedicating the merit to their enlightenment.

When working, do we maintain awareness or what should we do?
When meditating we can see these afflictions but just don’t seem to be able to control them? The more I look at them the angrier I get…..
