PHE YUL DRUB PAY WANG CHUG SHAN TI PA
You are Shantipa, the Indian Mahasiddhas “Complacent Missionary”,
BOD YUL PAD MAY JE ZUNG DROG MI DANG
Of Padmasamhbava’s main Tibetan disciples, you are recognized as
LANG DRO TRUL PA GYAL WA CHOG YANG SOG
The emanation of Palgyi Yeshé, Langdro Lotsawa, and Gyalwa Chokyang.
DRUB PAY RIG DZIN NAM KYI NAM TRUL PA
The lord of all the vidyadharas is the Omniscient Longchenpa,
NYIG DU GYAL WAY WANG PO LONG CHEN DANG
In this dark age, you are his emanation to guide us.
LONG SAL PAL GYI TRUL PA SHE NYEN TSHUL
You are also the display of Longsal Nyingpo as our supreme teacher.
RIG DZIN GONG MA NAM KYI YANG NGAG PAY
Time again, many great vidyadharas have praised and prophesized fully
DZOG CHEN TAN PAY NYING PO DRO LA PEL
That you will confer the essence of Dzogchen to later generations.
LUNG TOG TSA WAY LA MA SOL WA DEB
Kind root guru, the sublime Jamyang Lungtok Gyaltsen, to you I pray,
KYE DANG THRENG WA TSHE RAB THAM CHAD DANG
Bless me that in all my successive lifetimes,
GON PO KHYED DANG NAM YANG MI DRAL WEY
May I never be separate from you, my sole protector!
DZOG MIN JANG WA GYA TSO THAR CHIN NAY
Through your power that matures and liberates beings, may I attain ocean-like qualities perfectly.
KYE CHI BAR DO THRUL NANG YING SU DAG
May confusion arising in the critical bardo moment be liberated in the vast expanse,
DRO NAM DE CHEN ZHING LA LONG CHOD SHOG
And may all beings be born in the blissful pureland of Dewachen.
